I had been using the Facebook Business Suite to grow my Power of the Pack and Pit Run Facebook pages for years. In my mind, I was “talking” to people with the goal of motivating and convincing them to show up.
I instinctively knew that I had to remain top of mind by appealing to different personalities with different motivations and objections. I used backend data and analytics of the business suite to guide and determine the effectiveness of my posts and saw real inperson results.
Looking back, I realize that I was using my empathetical nature to teach myself marketing and branding techniques.
